Due to the ice freezes that were expected in our home town, we had to make different travel arrangements. I booked it through Expedia and contacted the hotel several days ahead of time to try to change the date of our stay to the next week. Expedia even tried contacting them to see if they would change it. They could’ve easily switched it to another day. We weren’t even asking for our money back just change the date. A business that cares so little about guest satisfaction doesn’t need business apparently. There are plenty of great places to stay in San Juan. I’d look at others.
