Rick`s Place - San Felipe Vacation Rental with Private Pool

With 3 bedrooms and a private pool, this beautiful San Felipe rental home provides the complete vacation experience.

It's perfect for anyone who wants to spend as much time possible swimming in the private outdoor pool or enjoy the beach just to block away with its calm and very clean waters.

Rick's Party House located at La Hacienda just 8 miles South of town towards the airport.  The 3-bedrooms are very comfortable and accommodate 9 people, with a build-up bed located in the game room, where you will have your own pool table and a mini bar (no liquor) and a huge plasma tv to watch your favorite games. There is plenty to keep you busy and make each day enjoyable, as we organize fishing trips and atv rentals,

Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM.  After 8PM there is a $25 check-in fee.  This goes to cover our staff who will be working after hours.

Guest provide all needed towels! 

This home is for maximum 12 guests.  When more than  (seven) guests, guests must bring inflatable beds to accommodate extra guests up to 12.  

This community requires gate access cards.  The access card is Free, however, on your arrival, we collect $50 deposit per access card.  This money is refunded to you when you return the access card. 
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
