The UHC SOL I MAR FAMILY COMPLEX complex is located in a privileged setting in Salou. Just a few steps from the Paseo Miramar and Ponent Beach with a wide variety of beach bars where you can enjoy delicious local dishes or have a drink or a cocktail at sunset. Furthermore, the Playa de Ponent, awarded with the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sun lounger hire, parasols, disabled access, lifeguard posts every few metres and a multitude of playgrounds and children's areas. If you are looking for a beach holiday with your family, this is the apartment that you were looking for.



It is an old and unique building in Salou. It has been completely refurbished with great taste, preserving its great modernist value.



This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a bright living-dining room with an open kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds (trundle beds) and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.



GOOD TO KNOW:



- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool. (On the roof terrace of the building and shared by all the neighbours of the building)

- Reservations for groups are not accepted.

- With optional WIFI for only 5€/day. Add it at the end of your booking.

- Optional parking with supplement and under request and availability. Big cars do not fit in this parking place.

- This apartment does not have a terrace but it has large windows.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
