Ideal to enjoy the nearby sandy beaches, walks and restaurants.
The apartment is spacious, has 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed, 2 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 independent kitchen and a living room. It has a small balcony. The mattresses are good. The flat is perfect for 6 people and impeccable. There is air conditioning in all rooms and in the lounge.
The pool and patio are also other elements highly appreciated by our guests.
Sandy beaches with games for children nearby. In addition, we are located at a point so you can access beaches with different orientation which allows you to avoid the wind if there is one. The beach is right in front (km of fine sand!).

Roquetes De Mar

This is the 2nd time I have visited Roquetas and this apartment was really good. I will definitely bring my family here soon. Pilar was really helpful despite the obvious language barrier. I tried with my little Spanish and Google translate did the rest. Very good.

La estancia ha sido correcta, creo que deberían avisar en el anuncio que hay q dejar limpio el piso incluso toallas y ropa de cama, sino se tendría q abonar 50€ de limpieza ( nosotros lo dejamos limpio sin problema pero creo que deberían ponerlo antes de coger el alquiler). También creo q debería preavisar el límite de gasto de electricidad 150kw/h por semana, límite más que razonable para evitar despilfarros. El resto todo correcto vivienda tal como aparece en el anuncio, algo antigua pero cómoda, las camas son cómodas algo pequeñas para personas altas. Buena ubicación y acceso fácil tanto a la playa como al pueblo.

Muy bello apartamento con vista al mar desde el balcon, comodo, espacioso y amueblado todo a nuevo y con todos los electrodomesticos necesarios. Muy buena señal y exelente wifi. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia, el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, puedes moverte facilmente a pie.

El horario de entrada y salida para mi es injusto.

Todo muy bien excepto que no me parece bien que la hora de entrada fuera a las 16:00 y la de salida a las 11:00. Si entras a las 16:00 sales a las 16:00 igualmente, porque pierdes horas pagadas. No es justo.

El apartamento es muy comodo, muy cerca de la playa, el wifi funciona perfectamente, todas la habitaciones tienen AA y ventiladores, Pilar ha estado en todo momento disponible y ayudandonos en todo lo que necesitabamos, en resumen un 10😀

Primeramente agradecer a la anfitriona su amabilidad y agradable trato en todo momento. Sobre la vivienda comentar que a parte de estar en una buena situación en relación a playas y distintas zonas de la población e interiormente se encuentra muy bien cuidada y equipada de WiFi con buen funcionamiento. Vacaciones relajantes

Esta es la segunda vez que vamos y nos encanta el piso que está súper cerca de la playa. Este año el WiFi ha funcionado de maravilla. La zona es muy tranquila pero está muy cerca de ocio y puerto. Seguro q volvemos a repetir.
