Location was good but experience was not.

The check-in person was late and did not tell us anything about the following: How the locks worked. How the washing machine worked...(which it did not work, How the shower worked (never had hot water for more than 2 minutes) Explain garbage removal. How dishwasher worked. There was no toilet paper, I would assume that the VRBO would have: coffee, sugar, ice cube trays. The one thing it did have was Air Conditioning. They should make a checklist to help people who stay there. The check-in person just wanted to get out as fast as possible. We called about the toilet paper, the shower, We finally gave up because we received no beneficial answers. A very nice person did bring toilet paper. I was so discouraged by the lack of communication from the owners. We had such a wonderful manager at the Florence VRBO Carolina, who went over ever aspect of how the apartment worked. I guess we expected the same from the Rome VRBO. I would not recommend nor stay there again.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Toller Aufenthalt in einer geräumigen Wohnung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bestens mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Äußerst freundliche Übergabe der Wohnung.

Appartement très sympa

Appartement fonctionnel, bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun. Facilité d’échange avec le propriétaire. Petit bémol, une mauvaise isolation qui cause beaucoup de bruit de l’extérieur. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour à Rome :)

Wohnung ist super geschnitten. Leider sehr laut.

Die Stühle in der Küche müssten mal ausgewechselt werden. Wir haben auch ein wenig gebraucht, bis wir verstanden haben, wie die Küchenschränke zu öffnen sind. Das Vorhandensein der Waschmaschine ist super! Bedienungsanleitung wäre allerdings wünschenswert.

Leider scheinen die Bilder etwas älter zu sein. Die Möbel hatten zum Teil Abnutzungserscheinungen, dazu war es nicht sehr Sauber, zb alte Wäsche im Schrank und Haare auf dem Bett. Das WiFi hat nicht funktioniert und auf unsere Nachrichten zu dem Verantwortlichen wurde nichts unternommen. Check In, Größe/ Aufteilung und Lage waren gut.

En general la estancia estuvo bien excepto porque faltaba alguno que otro utensilio de cocina más adecuado. En cuanto a la comunicación y la ubicación ambas estuvieron bastante bien
