Didn't bother checking in. The communication was pathetic. Pretty sad when your amenities offer sheets and towels!!

Horrible Service

Booked through Hotel.com but the property charged us separately. They reversed some of the charges, but not all. They apparently do not have a working telephone, essentially no way to get ahold of them.

Rooms need sound proofing, doors need to have dead bolt work. Bed rather hard.

The room smelled bad. The television was not working the entire time and I went to front desk to advise lady at front, I believe she’s one of the owners, that the tv was not working and she said to keep trying and that she couldn’t do anything about it until next day which is when we were leaving. No compensation, no offer to change rooms or tv, nothing. I contacted Expedia after I checked out and they straight up lied when they were contacted and said that nobody had complained about tv not working. I can’t believe they would just lie like this. No wonder all the bad reviews they have. Will not stay here again and don’t recommend.

Honestly the stay was great the bed a room were perfect…. That it tho The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and charged us extra $12 at check in because we didn’t have the $50 check in fee that this site doesn’t mention So just a heads up THERES AN EXTRA $50 dollar charge at check in

Stay anywhere else. Even a motel six is better tha

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It looks nothing like the false pictures. They are posting to get these rooms rented. They haven't been touched since at least 1970. They're filthy and I think they have bed bugs. The room stunk, they put us in a room that had no working t. V. And they overcharged us by another fifty dollars when we got there
