Beautiful villa in Istrian style is located 1 km from the center of the town (15 minutes by foot) and 1 km from the nearest beach.
Our villa is single unit and our two beatiful apartments is the best choice for your vacation in Pula, Croatia.
The guest have private parking on property, private swiming pool, grill, playground for kids, beach wolley, table tennis and much more.
In a range of two kilometers you can find good retaurants, beach bar, tennis, and much more.
NOTE: due to organization issues only Saturday to Saturday reservations accepted.

Villa Danica Delight in Pula

What a wonderful place to stay in Pula.The host and accommodations were fantastic. We arrived after a long trip from California to be greeted by our hosts Vesna and Sasha. They met us with a large platter of fresh fruit and cakes, what a nice touch. The entire Villa was top of the line, with all the amenities you need. A great location for touring the Istrian Peninsula.

Brilliant Villa, well located and excellent hosts.

The property is very nice with all the facilities you need for a group. It is very well fitted out, although some of the fixtures and fittings are of slightly poor quality, and impeccably clean. We had hire cars and visited Rovinj, Plitviče Lakes, Medulin and many other places. The villa is very well situated just outside Pula, around the corner from a small market and 5 minutes drive from several supermarkets. The place was very clean and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there which was brilliant. The outside areas are great for large dinners and the outside fridge next to the BBQ keeps your meats and beers chilled during the day! I would fully recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay near Pula and this part of Croatia. This was our first trip to Croatia and we will definitely be returning. Thanks!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Ferienhaus und können dieses nur weiterempfehlen. Die untere Wohnung ist die etwas größere, beide sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Beide Wohnungen haben außerdem eine große Terrasse und auch eine Badewanne, sowie eine Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Essbereich. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen Ventilator. Der Pool wird zweimal die Woche gereinigt. Es gibt hinter dem Haus eine große Wiese mit Tischtennisplatte, Beachvolleyballnetz und kleiner Rutsch- und Schaukel- sowie Fußballtore. Vesna stand uns zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung, wenn es Fragen oder Anliegen gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für alles.Als Aktivität können wir den Istralandia Aquapark, eine Dolphin-Bootstour zum Sonnenuntergang und mit den Sandstrand in Medulin empfehlen.

Fantastic!

A wonderful 10-day stay is over. This is our second time vacationing here. Beautiful house and pool area. Short distance to beautiful beaches. Walking distance to two small grocery stores. Otherwise, recommend having a car. Vesna is the perfect host, incredibly warm and helpful. The place is highly recommended for large families or couples of friends.

Sehr nette Vermieterin

Der Empfang war sehr nett, es gab Obst, Wasser, Limo und Wein + Schoki. Vesna gibt sich sehr große Mühe. Die Wohnungen sind 1 zu 1 wie auf den Bildern. Der Außenbereich mit Pool sehr schön und gemütlich. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Es gibt einen Außenkühlschrank , einen Grill und ein Außenwaschbecken. Die Wohnungen befinden sich im 1 und im 2 Stock. An der Treppe nach oben gibt es keinen Handlauf. Für Kleinkinder etwas ungünstig da sie sich nirgends festhalten können. Unseren Sohn 3 1/2 mussten wir jedesmal hoch und runter tragen, da die Treppe ohne Festhalten zu steil ist. In beiden Wohnungen gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer/Essbereich eine Klimaanlage, nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Nachts war es Ende Aug unerträglich heiß.Wir alle waren völlig verschwitzt. Bei beiden Betten im ersten Stock fehlte eine Matratze, es liegt lediglich ein 3 bis 5cm hoher Topper auf. Ab der zweiten Nacht hatten wir jeden Morgen höllische Rückenschmerzen. Einen Fahrstuhl wie in der Anzeige gibt es nicht. Bei der Wohnung im ersten Stock war es sehr schwierig die Tür abzuschließen, das Schloss sollte dringend gewechselt werden. Im Badezimmer roch es nach einem Tag ekelig nach Abfluss, obwohl wir alle Abflüsse mehrfach am Tag durchspülten. Es gab leider irgendwo Fliegen bzw Moskitonetze an den Fenstern. Wir raten dringend Mückenschutz mitzunehmen. Die Sauberkeit war auf den ersten Blick gut, bei genauen Hinsehen war auf den Lampenschirmen Staub und derBodendreckig.Unser Baby was aktuell noc

Ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Das gesamte Haus war sehr schön. Es gab zwei Wohnungen für zwei Familien sowie einen Pool. In der Küche war so gut wie alles vorhanden, jedoch fehlte uns ausreichend Besteck. Ein Hinweis noch: Besuch von außerhalb wird von der Vermieterin nicht gerne gesehen, und der Pool darf zum Beispiel von Besuchern nicht genutzt werden.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung/ Haus mit Pool

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus von Vesna sehr genossen. Es war perfekt . Das Haus ist wunderschön, tolle Ausstattung, mega Pool. Vesna ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin die uns erstmal sehr Nett mit einer Wurst und Käseplatte sowie frischen Früchten, Wein und Saft empfangen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls gut. Wir können den Emily Beach empfehlen, traumhaft !!! Unbedingt auch Mal nach Medulin fahren, tolle lebendige Stadt mit viel leben und tollen Restaurants und Bars. Wir hätten gern das Haus für nächstes Jahr Sommer nochmals gebucht allerdings ist es ( verständlicherweise ) schon ausgebucht in unserem vorgesehenen Zeitraum. Wir werden aber definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank liebe Vesna, eine gute Zeit und hoffentlich bis Bald :-)

Tolles Ferienhaus für zwei befreundete Familien

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Es sind zwei getrennte Wohnbereiche mit einem Pool/Außenbereich für beide Parteien. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich ausgezeichnet um alles.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung passte alles. Die Villa Danica ist ein gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es ist perfekt für 2 Familien. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Es gibt sogar einen Kühlschrank am Pool! Wir waren allerdings froh, dass wir ein Auto dabei hatten, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Lidl & Co.) sowie die zahlreichen Badebuchten mit Kindern zu Fuß nicht so schnell zur erreichen sind. Vesna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die dafür sorgt, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt, in dem sie einem stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Es ist einfach alles genauso wie es im inserat steht. Vesna ist ein toller Mensch =) wir waren zu 8. 4 Kinder und 4 Erwachsene. Für alle war es der perfekte Urlaub. Wir mussten zwar jeden Tag mit dem Auto zu den Stränden fahren, aber das war für uns vollkommen in Ordnung.

Ein wahrer Traum!

Wir wurden noch nie sooo herzlich empfangen, wie von Vesna! Sie ist eine wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeberin. Die Villa/Anlage ist traumhaft schön, top gepflegt und sauber, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Direkt in der Nähe ist eine Wechselstube, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig oder nach sehr kurzer Autofahrt zu erreichen, ebenso wie der Strand und der Hafen bzw. die Stadt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit einem Wurst- und Käseteller, einem Brotkorb, Pralinen, Wasser, Eistee und Wein bewirtet. Besser kann ein Urlaub nicht starten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
