The stay was comfortable and very convenient, especially for anyone catching an early flight the next day. The room was clean and quiet, and both check-in and check-out were smooth, which made everything stress-free. It was a practical choice for a short overnight stay, and I appreciated being able to rest well before an early departure.Overall, this is a great option if you need a simple, reliable place to stay before flying out the next morning.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. This BNB near the Miami airport is completely unacceptable. Their phones don’t work and they don’t offer airport transportation. When we arrived late Wednesday night, our room was NOT clean — there was hair all under the bed. We requested housekeeping immediately and no one came. My friend had surgery the next day, and we still couldn’t get the room cleaned. When we returned, we had no fresh towels or sheets. Due to her recovery, the sheets ended up with blood on them, and instead of helping, staff refused to clean and tried to charge us. We were placed in a disabled room where the shower flooded the entire floor. We had to use piles of towels just to keep it dry. Housekeeping never came to remove dirty towels or replace them, and our trash was overflowing. The communication was terrible. One staff member said we were on the list for service, another said we weren’t. Every time we asked, we were told something different. Staff was nonchalant, rude, and unprofessional. One employee said he would help, then stood on his phone and walked away. No cleanliness, no communication, no accountability. I will be requesting a full refund. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

It was a hotel

This property looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The only reason we stayed here after arrival was the property had already processed the payment; which it was not supposed to do. This is not a reserve and pay upon check in. The room was fairly clean but smelled musty. The condition of the bathroom room was “meh”; barely acceptable. The plus was a clean iron, working refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. The desk person was very friendly and pleasant.
