Honestly very disappointed I would put 0stars if I could it was the worst experience ever it was so dirty had roaches bugs worms and hair all over the place had to clean it a bit myself the shuttles never arrived couldn’t pick me up or drop me off they had no extra pillows or blankets I ended dirtying the sheets with some blood had a 150$ charge 50$ early check in fee just to be in room all dirty the bedboards had fingerprints which they don’t clean the bathroom doors paint chipping the roof peeling the floors all scratched up . the pool closed everything about this hotel sucked so many options for the same price I asked for another room which they didn’t have I had asked for fridge and microwave which they couldn’t provide even though I had put the reservation about a month in advance the bathroom tub full of rust I just can’t believe this place is still open and they need a upgrade bad … the tv signal was out and when it worked it always got cut off and so noisy .. I had asked housekeeping like 2-3 a day for blankets toallas paper and they took forever to bring them the phone in the room didn’t even work they came to fix and I could finnaly call the front to bring the stuff but like I said either way it would take forever to get anything around there just the worst experience ever

No keys given, the system is supposedly down and tv service is out with zero reception on all channels. Front desk does not answer. Continuous busy tone for over 30min, got tired of calling. I will say that the AC is awesome! Freezing cold

The people at the front desk spoke mainly Spanish. We had asked for double beds and they made a mistake and only had a queen available. There’s an elevator on just one side of the main building so it was a bit of a walk to go around to the opposite side of the floor Tub was extremely slippery. Had to lay a towel in the tub to stand on so we would not slip. Overall the room was spacious enough, cold enough and comfortable enough. Numerous dining options nearby some within walking distance. Airport is not far but due to traffic about 30 minute drive

The reception staff, especially Alfredo, Frank and a lady (whose name I couldn’t note) were very friendly and helpful. Passengers coming here using shuttle should note that it runs every hour. Passengers should come out of a departure level gate, call the front desk of the inn and give gate number. The room I stayed in was decent in size and was clean. There are enough choices for meals nearby. Area seems safe. Several tour operators also offer pick up service from this inn. I will not hesitate in coming here again.
