So the room was fine, OLD, and noisy. Kitcchen was close at 11 pm and room service is extremely pricey and BAD. Room is nice but old, the ceiling was broken, although I have to admit the front desk manager really helped out an discounted the room service due to a serious of incidents we suffered upon arrival.

Disappointing

Friendly door and reception staff but room smelt terribly of disinfectant, light in the toilet was broken and we were unable to get hold of anyone to report it over the phone. Television was also very temperamental with even the news channels not working. Charged over $300 for a two course meal with three alcoholic drinks between us, the fish main was overcooked and the salad main was average. Only stayed for one night but won’t be staying again.

I stayed here for 3 nights and let me tell you, there’s no way they can claim they are a 5 star property. I gave them a chance but I will be switching right back to luxury marriot brands. My initial reaction was positive. The employees are kind and the lobby was beautiful. It smelled amazing. The location was very convenient in the downtown area - right by the water and next to many restaurants. Let’s get to the room. The positives would include the nice sized balcony. The first room I was in unfortunately wasn’t water view - unless by water they mean the pool. The room had a decent sized closet as well. Negatives - the pillows were so flat and uncomfortable and I was tossing and turning all nights. There was no body wash, only bar soap. It’s 2025 and this is supposedly a luxury hotel… they need to upgrade the bedding and body care. I had some bigger issues my second night. There was this terrible sewage smell coming from my bathroom. It was so bad I had to request to move. Once I moved I finally had a view of the water - but the room had major issues. It was not cleaned properly - there was an eyelash in the shower! The shower leaked everywhere as well. My water and cable went out when I was trying to watch a movie. The water eventually came back on but the cable never did. They sent up an engineer who told me they could not fix it. I was not happy about this. Upon checkout I voiced my disappointment and they offered nothing to me. THIS HOTEL IS NOT IT.

The hotel is very nice in the lobby and rlevator areas. The people in the reception are OK, Thy dont try to assist, just doing their job The bathtoom amenities are terrible. No shampoo ot bath gel. Cleaning is fone if you ask forv it. They dont vlwar, they just arrange the room and put new towels

Had a good time. Check- in could have been better, room was not ready at 4pm and I was supposed to get a text when it was ready but never did, waited over an hour before checking back and they said it had been ready. Also the valet took 30 mins to get me my car after requesting it through the text instructions
