The hotel seems to have just had a facelift. The lobby had a fresh look. Our room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was updated but the shower faucet was weirdly difficult to use. The area this hotel was located seems to be undergoing a major construction overhaul. The river walk behind the hotel is great because it takes you directly to Bayside mall where you will find food, shopping and entertainment.

The Comfort Inn Suites & Hotel—Brickell-Port of Miami was very clean! Our room was ready, well stocked with towels, neat & tidy. Breakfast had a good variety of items—& we were a group aged 7-76 years old. Front desk staff was pleasant & efficient. Would stay there again.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, during my stay I noticed bites around my face and my arms. I reported the issue as soon as I became aware of it, but I am disappointed by the overall experience. I believe this matter deserves serious attention to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem. They even handed up on me!!!!! So rude!!!!! Would never come back and recommend to anyone! Be aware!
