1. No choice for breakfast. 2. We asked for towels and they said we had to go downstairs to get it ourselves. 3. No Business Centre 4. When we got there they told us we had to pay an additional mandatory $16 a day for services, and we only new about that the day of our arrival. 5. They only came to clean the room once in the 3 days we were there.

We were surprised with an upgrade to a suite. The room was neat, clean and the bed very comfortable however room service came after 4pm every day, when we were in for the night and staff members didn't speak or understand english. Given this our room was only accessed on 1 night of the four we stayed. On the one day we needed to be out early, breakfast opened 15mins late with no explanation. Staff that morning also didn't speak english which was very frustrating.

Rude employee, rooms smell disgusting and mold is everywhere ! They don’t even offer water to their guests in highly hot weather area like Miami, I went to buy 2 bottles water and charge them to my room , the receptionist came to me and asked me to go to the eleventh floor to bring my card and come back or I can stay dishydrated without my debit card on me! I requested a late check out and put the do not disturb sign, they didn’t stop knocking on my door and calling my room to quick me out, even though I checked in after 11 pm and I was ready to pay extra anyway. Even when I wanted to leave my luggage with them , I was asked to write the tags and put them in my suitcases and do their jobs for them after paying more than 250 dollars for 12houres molds service
