Pretty decent place to place as it's close to Bayside. You can either walk or use the free metromover transport which is across the road from the hotel. My plan wasn't to stay in a lot so it was cost effective and a comfortable clean place to rest. Things that wasn't so good- The wifi signal was low in the room and throughout some parts of the hotel. We had to constantly reconnect and login. Noise from passing vehicles were very noticeable at nights and can prevent a peaceful sleep.

From check in to check out very smooth We arrived early and was given the option to check in early and get a late check out Room was large 2 giant high beds very comfortable and clean and pillows. The room was very noisy from the outside we were on the 9th floor. Staff were attentive and pleasant helpful to get around and directions and on the first day the reception team gave foot advice on the whole foods a great place to eat. The breakfast was ok it’s not a great selection and I wouldn’t have breakfast in the future but I would return to this hotel, for its location comfort of the beds and the staff.

Some of the staff was really nice and they took care of our knees while I was at the hotel the names of these people helped us Euendy goey Reun, Neiha Rosario,Silueir erss Nice I might not spell the name right those are the people was very helpful. This person here Jose did not help us and we tell them that we had problems with our bathroom while he was working and he did not do anything to help us and then somebody was trying to scam us with food and passing out flyers in the hotel and we went to the front desk and told them and he did not help us the scammer took our money for food.
