Dont spend your time here, beds are old, room smells humid, and maintenance is not done in rooms. I woke up and went to take a shower, tried opening the faucet and the faucet handle fell on my toe chipping my nail polish. We did and pay our reservation througn Expedia and the hotel charged us again, took 13 calls in total to get assisted by someone. Dont waste your time here.

Room door was beat up as if it had been broken into before That did not feel safe being at the very end of the hallway. They held more money then requested for incidentals and the front desk lady hung up on me twice.

This property is much better in the pictures than it is in person. To me, it is a high rise motel 8 with some nicer amenities. The rooms are dated, a bit dirty, with a serious lack of comfort. For a few buck more we could have stayed closer at a Marriott.

The fan on the ac made a loud noise every time it turned on, but we were too tired from arriving late in the evening to call and wait for it t to be repaired. TV was a little bit glitchy other than that we had a lovely stay!! Staff was courteous shuttle. Driver was also courteous.!!

Summary: filthy, worryingly unhygienic - don't stay if you have small children/pets - pills found in bed, & moldy tuna found under bed. Staff who ignore your (and Expedia's) emails. *Expedia's customer service has been impeccable, supporting me in my fight to get the refund I'm entitled to.* I'm having to condense this due to word count. 1st room: Staining on bed, maid changed it with even dirtier bedding (wrinkled,stained, hairs). We found a random pill under the mattress when we inspected it. She didn't speak a word of English, so we couldn't get across our concerns and ask questions. We didn't inspect the entire room, so on this note I would avoid booking this hotel if you have small children, as there could be medication lying around, based on how infrequently they adequately check and clean. 2nd room: We were "upgraded" to a room... that had a view of rooftop industrial pipes. Room was filthy (piled up dust on skirting board, a stain on the front of the cabinet in the bathroom, which extended across the actual toilet roll). Due to early long-haul flight the next day, we decided to stay the night (resorted to wiping things down & sleeping on a beach towel). When we were leaving the room, I did the usual check under the bed in case I'd left anything - there was a takeaway food container with a clear lid, I slid it out with a hanger and saw it had crusty tuna in it. It was a slap in the face to then be ignored by Pullman's management.
