The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness.

The property is right next to the ski gondola , great ski hire shop next door . Small pool but kids loved it !!! Flats small but adequate , staff are very welcoming and helpful . Lovely stay , I would thoroughly recommend

Hotels.com website incorrect- Did not advise numerous additional charges as per notice in hotel window example- Bed linen 10 euro per person Towels 10 euro per person Etc etc. Kichen - not well equiped items missing Wardrobe - no hanging space only shelves Sofa bed - not comfortable and inconvenient as small room Accept self catering room but not one piece of loo roll and no cleaning materials The reception was closed our first 2 days On the plus side pool and sauna good also free parking. A little effort from the company to make the stay comfortable and welcoming is all that is needed

Good hotel but error in the hotels.com website

The hotel was fantastic, very nice personnel and comfortable for a family stay. However, for us it was located in the wrong place, because in the hotels.com webpage, the map (incorrectly) indicated that it was at the ax-3-domaines ski resort. This was a clear error from the website. After traveling to the ski resort, we had to came back to the valley, and it was a big disappointment for the family. We have complained, but we got no compensation so far.

Propre et idéalement placé dans Ax-Les-Thermes

A notre arrivée, l'appartement mis à disposition était propre avec le mobilier et la vaisselle nécessaire. Par contre, il n'y avait aucun article de premiÚre nécessité (sel, poivre, café, filtres, liquide vaisselle, éponge,
). La résidence a un emplacement parfait à deux pas des remontées mécaniques et du centre d'Ax-Les-Thermes et il y a un parking gratuit juste devant. La présence de la piscine et du sauna (propres aussi) est un vrai plus mais la piscine était tiÚde-froide, c'est dommage. De plus, on nous a attribué un appartement qui donne sur la rue. On n'a pas été dérangé par le bruit mais on ne peut pas vraiment avoir les rideaux grands ouverts et seule la fermeture de la baie vitrée protÚge de la rue.
