Really felt it wasnt up to Resort Standards in terms of the accomadation, crockery wasnt cleaned, i had to clean it myself before i could the kitchen area inside the room, very outdated rooms in all areas... air con unit was very much ineffective to where it was set in the room..
Way it was advertise was very much misleading when i arrive... breakfast was hugely dissapointing,, breakfast baffet wasnt up to standards esp resort standards, choices was very limited....
Pretty disappointing. Although only a 3 star you still expect a clean and reasonably maintained room. Curtains were old and worn with half hooks required and you could see through them in places. Toilet seat held on with wire. Room servicing poor. Didn't bother first day and had to keep asking for clean towels. Kitchen provisions like pots, plates and utensils really poor. Cockroach dish in the kitchen by the fridge was a nice touch! Breakfast buffet selection was poor and usually half empty and had to wait all the time and was boring and bland. Heard from a couple of girls staying there that they hadn't had clean towels for 5 days but didn't want to ask. Overall only real positive things i can say is that the shower was good, good location for short stroll to town and the pool was ok once they got it working on our second day. Think i almost got a smile out of one of the restaurant staff once but could be mistaken. Stayed all over south east asia and islands and this rates right near the bottom. Sorry no photos, wasn't worth my time.

Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Other customer services were poor. Staff were too busy with their mobiles.

Not bad, a bit average. But it’s the price you pay.
Expect a small problem or two.
Wifi only in bar area. You’ll prob have to ask for toiletries, fresh towels etc..
Food in general okay.
Pros; Staff quite nice. Decent breaky. Nice pool and surroundings.
Best part is it’s a quiet area just out of town and about 7min walk down to town (downhill). (May need a bus back up if you’re unfit (300v(about $4 Aud).
If you’re not too fussy, then this place will be nice for you.

Liked: Staff & service
It was within walking distance to the markets and waterfront, but the parties in the street wake you up at 4 am and keep you up until the morning. If you want to experience living in Vanuatu amongst the locals, you'll get it here. You are not provided with hand towels or face cloths or safes in your room for your valuables. This property is quite old and tired. The breakfasts are quite basic. The staff were very friendly.

Never again
I was given a room with just one bed when I asked for 2 single bed I was denied. I told the receptionist that online I was given that option. When I asked for ground floor which I would pay I was denied also receptionist was not helpful, he seem like he didn't enjoy his job. No fan in room.
The pool was very nice, and it was exceptionally clean. our room (304) was a good size but each room needs to have a table and chairs in it ( we brought up chairs from below and used the bedside table as a table ) it gets really uncomfortable sitting on a bed and trying to do things
Was a little bit noise at night as could hear the street noise. Rooms were a bit run down. The staff were really nice and provided free entertainment. Food and pool were excellent.
Very dirty serving of units some days not done I had to ask for my sheets to be changed after seven days one tea towel in 11 days towels holes in no face clotherd and this was the most expensive unit very dirty had to buy paper plates couldn’t use any of there stuff breakfast couldn’t eat cold slip same every day for 11 days positive pool good and grounds well keeped would never stay there again
.The hotel is five minutes walking down the hill to the waterfront and shops.
It is a walk in town and you will feel right at home walking in Port Vila.
safe walking at night also. Wonderful people in Vanuatu.
First up, this isn't 5-star accommodation, but it has a lot going for it. Facilities are fine, ranging from fairly small and basic rooms with bed and tv (separate shower and toilets in Hall) to self-contained with A/C, kitchenette and your own facilities. Meals are pretty good and not to pricey, location is convenient and the staff are very helpful and will do their best to address any concerns or special requests. I've stayed here a couple of times for several weeks and we'll likely again.
Didnt know the bathrooms were in the hallway. Window was left open after housecleaning so we came in at night to find so many bugs in the room! Breakfast was the same menu every day. Lights were too dim the rooms and fan was only working on low speed. The staff was kind and responsive to our needs.
