This property needs some maintenance and new furnishing . It is lucky to get one star . Maybe good for back packers Close to the Main Street . TV worked well . Shower pressure good ,rust around the shower screen . I would never recommend this property.

It gives you a starter pack of small tea bags, coffee n 1 v small carton of milk. Towels. That’s it. No more fresh towels. There’s the laundry machine for you to use. Buy your own laundry soap powder. Make sure you throw all your rubbish. Or you’ll be charged.

Port Pacific's location and amenities offered a great package. The pool, table tennis, and billiard room was fantastic entertainment for the young folk in our group. The convenience of a shopping plaza so close was wonderful! We hope to return.

The noise from the pipes was a bit off putting, the first night was the worst, hardly any sleep. But besides that the place great, bed was comfortable

We specifically chose this resort for its walkability, ocean view, facilities and AC in the bedroom. The location is nice and central and the building has nine stories. As it is not first row towards the beach only the top levels are high enough to get partial ocean/river view. What was disappointing is, that it was nowhere mentioned that the spa is under renovations and not usable. Also, there is no AC in the bedroom and the AC in the main room doesn’t remain active when you leave the room as it has a motion control. The manager said it was supposed to remain active during the night (when the room is dark) but it was always off in the morning and the apartment was heated up. We were not offered any compensation for either the closed but advertised spa, nor for the missing AC. Overall, the price was too steep for what was offered.
