A real nurturing nest for me

this was a beautiful and relaxing retreat for me. The hot mineral pools, the spacious room I had with a kitchenette and a patio allowed me to spread out and enjoy the freedom of being away and being at home. I felt very nurtured by the host and the people I met there also. It is a very healing environment to spend time at.

The property is deceiving from the front entrance. Once inside its clean, quiet and delightful! The lady who runs it is very nice and accommodating! I would return in a heartbeat!!

We’ve come here off and on for many years and it’s such a peaceful, beautiful place to relax. The hot spring is clean and well maintained, as are the rooms.

Disappointed

This place has great potential that is being totally neglected. The bed springs were totally gone. Found out about all this too late at night. Gas heater was broken. There was an ineffective and noisy portable heater. Had to go to the pool area to get hot water because there was no coffee pot in the room. One little table was wobbly. One good thing was that there really wasn’t any one there so we got to use the waters all by ourselves.

Quiet and Relaxing

Nurturing Nest is tucked away in an offbeat location. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we experienced some plumbing problems during our stay. Our use of the property was limited, as we were visiting friends.

This place is quite and beautiful. It’s a very special place. Ram the owner is an outstanding host. There was a major issue with some guest and Ram handled it quickly and swiftly. I will be back for sure!

Tranquility

I absolutely enjoyed my time here. It was exactly what I was wanting. Tranquil, peaceful and quaint. The owner is a very kind and giving man who makes you feel right at home. 🙏 A hidden gem in my book. Grateful for my peace of mind while staying here.

My wife & I stayed a night at Nurturing Nest and left feeling mixed about our experience. Bottom line, Nurturing Nest did not feel like a hotel or a SPA, it felt more like a no-frills retreat house at a Marriott Courtyard price point. The Pros: - Friendly & hospitable owners who are on or near the premises. - Small (7 rooms); which means it's quiet and you'll get to enjoy the pool and hot spring pool without the rowdy crowds. -Mattress was firm and fairly comfortable. The meh's: - We booked room 7 which was a good sized one bedroom unit; the room was furnished with IKEA furniture. There were holes in the walls, broken blinds (making it difficult to sleep once the sun came at 5:30), and a shower and sink that were clogging. - There's nothing around here, just a 7-11 and a Chinese restaurant, which is fine if your plan is to stay on the property the whole time but less ideal if you want to get out and explore. - Cats on the premises! I read some prior reviews that there was a cat (actually two) but didn't expect them to be lounging on the chairs right outside our room the majority of the time. I might consider returning, but not at the current price point.
