Fully equipped kitchen. Rooms well laid out. Loved the large tub to soak in. Separate shower as well.

Good breakfast

We stayed for two nights with a baby and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. On the first night, the heating system was not functioning, the blinds were broken (limiting the view), and the windows were noticeably dirty. Maintenance attended twice in the evening but was unable to resolve the heating issue. Although we were provided with a portable heater, the room remained uncomfortable and we did not get a restful sleep. We also requested a room change, but none was available at the time. The following day, a staff member kindly arranged an upgraded room, which we appreciated and found to be an improvement. Overall, the staff were courteous and made an effort to assist, which we do value. That said, given the price point (over $1000), the experience did not meet expectations for a high-end hotel. The building is old, with issues such as condensation on the windows and underperforming ventilation. For a hotel of this standard, we would expect all rooms to consistently meet a high level of quality. While the service was positive, the overall stay did not reflect the value paid, and based on this experience, we would likely consider other options in the future.

Suite was nice to have an enclosed room for the second bed. Location is excellent and staff are great. The shuttle locally was very helpful.

Very noisy street. Bar emptied at 2:30am and singing woke us up. Street cleaners fired up at 4:30am and woke us up. Bed was very hard.
