The shower had orange mold in the corner. Every time someone flushed the toilet upstairs I was woken up. Room service never came. The staff at the front were preoccupied and dismissive when I checked out. Do not recommend.

Mechanical room noise was horrible. The staff said the noise comes from Elevator mechanical room. Couldn’t sleep. Impossible to sleep, the same repetitive noise, one big amplitude followed by a small one with frequency of 1 per second, and none stop all the night and all the day. ( the noise is stronger than kitchen hood and toilet ventilation). If you go there for relaxing and sleeping, be advised (sleep in your car is more quieter). In few words I paid almost 300$ to get a shower, have access to the toilet and get voucher of 15$ for breakfast, coffee not included. No understanding what’s the point to pay a huge amount to have sleep, but you get Noise and the din of the machinery.

There was an obvious discrepancy in the King Bed dimensions. I had specifically booked a room with a King Bed but on arrival noted that the bed in the room was actually a Queen. I had a small tape measure with me to verify this. When presenting this to the young, front Desk Staff members, I was met with rudeness- as they claimed in this particular hotel, these measuremnts were considered a king size.They did not dispute my tape measurements. And if I was dissatisfied, I could just check out. I will never use this hotel again.

Super comfy bed and pillows; got a room upgrade and breakfast coupon which made the onsite restaurant reasonable. Loads of food options nearby. Would stay here again. Only criticism I have is the super plush carpets make wheeling a suitcase (or 3 like I had) a perilous exercise😂
