Property good location. Spacious room. Lounge and restaurant were nice. Front desk was helpful . Parking is underground. I recommend parking P2. Would stay in hotel again but will never book anything again with Expedia ever again. Our room got double booked because of a computer glitch and they would not refund us. Expedia told us after several days they contacted the hotel manager to refund us and the hotel would not do the refund. I talked to the hotel manager myself and they said they could have refunded me if I had booked with them directly. Because we booked with Expedia, only Expedia could do the refund. They would not. I will from now on only book rooms through a travel agent or the hotel directly.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator situation is definitely an issue. Takes forever to get to and from levels as there were only 2 of 3 elevators working. The King room we had was very large but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The rooms could use some updating in furniture and USB plugs. Overall it was ok.

We were surprised by how big the room was. We really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly as well. Would go back 100%. The only downside is that one elevator wasn't working so it took a long time to get an elevator and it was often full when it got to our floor.

Hotel staff friendly and accommodated our needy readily. Spacious and clean room. Bathtub at bottom of shower needed an upgrade, a few rust marks and dated. Overall though a very good experience.
