Me ha gustado mucho el trato, la amabilidad y el sitio. En en hotel he conocido a varias personas del restaurante donde cenaba todos los días, Helen, Miguel y Leonardo, muy muy bien. He quedado encantado con todo, para volver a repetir en los viajes de negocios

The room was perfect and the employees were helpful with transportation to my room/building since it was too far away to walk. I enjoyed the included shuttle to Universal Studios

Friendly staff from check in desk to breakfast staff and cleaners . We didn’t use the pool as we went to Volcano Bay . Laundry facilities were handy and easy to use $4 wash $4 to dry . Car park seemed a bit steep at around $30 per night but we had Uber instead of a car . We would definitely use again for convenience to Universal parks.

The staff who assisted us at the hotel reception were very kind and accommodated us in the best available room at the time, located on the first floor. The security personnel were very attentive, and when we needed to speak with the IT department to use our laptop, they provided quick and efficient assistance. We were very impressed with the service provided by the staff and would be happy to book at this hotel again. We also want to highlight that the pools were impeccably clean, which was a great plus during our stay.
