Be aware - no more free parking

After years of not charging for parking, there is now a $25/night charge. I was not told this at check-in. Since we had such a long stay, the parking fees were absurd.

Not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been too. The photos online are not an accurate representation of the room itself. Once we got our room the furniture was outdated and it did not feel clean at all. I honestly did not want to sit on the sofa until I tossed one of the extra blankets on top of it. I’m thankful I thought ahead to bring disposable slippers because my toddlers socks after a short time of walking around.. we’re so bad we ended up just throwing them away. We stayed from Monday-Friday and housekeeping only came 1 time and that was on Wednesday. When I requested for the trashcan be removed the front office told me that would be an additional charge. When I requested extra towels for the 2nd time (because we wound use them on the bathroom floor because of how dirty the floors were) we were told the 1st time is complimentary, additional towels after that is extra. First I was told $25 then I was told $15. The grounds are pretty but it doesn’t make up for the inside being so outdated and dirty. We checked out on Friday and ended up going to another hotel 20 minutes away that was way cheaper and this one is more updated, bigger, and cleaner.

The accommodation was spacious and roomy. Upon entering the room a very strong cleaning chemicals remained present. Due to cooler weather the room was extremely stuffy with the over powering smell of cleaning products. Very uncomfortable for allergies.

Great property, clean, family-friendly, accessibility available and elevators were in each building. The staff were nice too ( only one issue is they let our friends do late check-out but didn’t let us do late check-out & we were in the same building) Overall, we would stay again! Our family and friends had fun.

One of the bathroom sinks had a drain that wasn't working and the toilet was leaking from the base. I contacted the office and they sent engineering to repair while we were gone. We returned later that evening and the sink was now draining onto the floor and the leak from the toilet was worse than we first notified them.

Cant wait to stay again

From check-in to check out no complaints as soon as walking into the room it did not smell like a musty warm hotel room like most are as soon as you walked in you went into a room that was immaculately clean and smelt disinfected with bleach very comfortable sleep on the comfortable bed overall a great day would highly recommend it.
