Let me start by saying this place feels like a grand opening that was not ready to be open at all. First off, they charge a $35 early check-in fee, which already started things off wrong. On top of that, their phones do not work because they “don’t have a landline yet,” so you literally cannot reach the front desk if you need anything. Zero communication. The laundry facilities were out of order my entire stay, which is a huge inconvenience. Now here’s where it really went downhill: poop literally came up through the shower drain. Yes, actual sewage backing up. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Another major issue: the doors from the back parking area are locked, and your key card does NOT allow reentry. If you park in the back, you’re forced to walk all the way around to the front lobby just to get inside. Also, there is no elevator, so if you have luggage, good luck carrying everything up the stairs.

Everything was excellent! It's so nice when you find a place at a great price and then you're pleasantly surprised by a completely renovated hotel. Breakfast wasn't included, so I had to pay for it, but it was a full breakfast at a very reasonable price. This place is a gem! Congratulations to all the staff, management, and owners.

The property was fine. They renovated but they cut a lot of corners. The room was not swept well and the shower was dirty with hair. But the room looked nice. The headlight over the bed did not turn off at all so we had to cover it with towels and that was miserable. But other than that it has great potential
