Loved our stay at the Grand. Excellent Customer Service at reception everyday, loved that it was seconds away from restaurants, pubs, mini supermarket and other food places. We were close to everything in the city that we wanted to visit. We stayed for Christmas period so some places were closed in the city but that’s expected, thankful that the malls in Townsville were open for shopping galore. Pool was clean everyday and parking was safe for our rental car.

Our one-bedroom apartment had access to outside (balcony), extras like washing machine + dryer, well equipped kitchenette, free parking. I appreciate these things. . . but particularly that the staff were always very helpful.

The staff were very Deadly they assisted me with my every needs and their personality and performance was outstanding for me room.
