Bright spacious and comfortable 2 Bedroom Apartment

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor Granada apartment located at the popular Residential La Cinuelica, Punta Marina, Los Altos, is in close proximity to the beach, local supermarkets and bars and restaurants. The town and marina of Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive away.
The living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, sideboard unit, Smart TV, Free WIFI, sound box, dining table and 4 chairs, with Air Conditioning fitted for your comfort. An archway leads to the kitchen and a utility room housing a washing machine.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and 2 bedside cabinets with drawers.. Duvets for the winter months. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes with chest of drawers.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower with sliding doors, bidet, toilet and sink with mirror and light and cabinate.

I have stayed at this property previously and have always found it a pleasure to stay there. It is centrally located to local amenities and is only a short drive to the beach, local large shopping centre and large town. Excelente relación calidad-precio. El apartamento está super bien, todo funciona perfectamente y estaba muy limpio. Lo único levemente negativo es que no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, sino ventilador de techo. Para nuestros hijos nos vino mejor porque con aire no pueden dormir, pero para nosotros es un poco justo. La zona de piscina super bien también.

Beautiful apartment close to the pool and supermarket and a range of restaurants. Check in was so easy, communication with host was fantastic and welcoming. All facilities were perfect, we had everything we could need. Only downside was the air conditioning was not in all the rooms making it quite difficult for the kids to sleep and ceiling fan in the main bedroom wasn’t enough for the hot weather at night when we stayed in July. The air conditioning timed out every 20 minutes so we had to get up through the night to turn it on. We did experience a heat wave when there so more than likely down to the time we went. Overall it was great and I would stay again! Thankyou

Excellent stay

The apartment was excellent with everything and more, that you could possibly need. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Yes its a ten minutes walk to a shop , restaurants and bars but who doesn't do their research before booking. The location is excellent though, so quiet. The pool area is clean and tidy. The apartment even comes with a couple of lounge chairs for the pool. Everything you could need for a stay here, was available at the apartment. The small touches like milk in the fridge, sugar, tea bags etc go such a long way. Loads of parking right outside too. The perfect stay

Long stay holiday

I have visited this area for a number of years staying at a variety of properties over the years and can say that I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It is centrally located, 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and within a 15 minute walk from a number of family friendly bars and restaurants. It's a 15 - 20 minute walk to the main parade of shops and restaurants and less than 10 minute drive to the beach. The property itself is set in a quiet area and is not overlooked. It had all the necessary facilities and equipment needed. The pool is private, safe and easily accessed. Parking is easy and plentiful (I would recommend having a car so you can explore wider areas). On the rare occasion I had to contact the host she responded quickly and was helpful and answered my questions.

Disappointing stay

My family and I have just got back from our holiday and unfortunately did not have the stay we expected. The air con unit is not fit for purpose. There is one air con unit in the main living room area the bedrooms only have ceiling fans which are inadequate in the height of summer. The air con unit constantly cut out and would not go below 19 as a result we were forced to sleep in the main living area and keep turning the air con back on. We paid for a 2 bedroom apartment with air con and ended up all sleeping in one room meaning we had no communal space. Margret the cleaner thankfully provided us with a fan and if we didn’t have this we would not have physically been able to stay here for a week. The other issue we had was with the location without hiring a car you are trapped in a residential area with limited amenities within walking distance, the closest restaurants were over a 20 minute walk away and uphill back to the apartment. The beach is a 30 minute walk. The communal pool area was nice but unfortunately no sun loungers were provided by the host for use at the pool so you have to lye on the grass. Overall we were very disappointed on our stay and would not recommend this apartment / location.

Good base for adventures

The apartment was very suitable as a base for adventures. The neighborhood was very quiet (except for the construction work for a new block house some hundreds of meters away). Parking was convenient and a well-equipped supermarket was within a walking distance. Pool was really good. Apartment was clean and full-featured. Landlady was very responsive and friendly.

Nice apartment next to the pool

We had a lovely stay. Arranging the keys was nice and easy and the pool is straight opposite the apartment. It was a nice that some supplies were in the apartment for us on arrival ie tea coffee sugar bread milk. The only downside was no WiFi. So many things are used via WiFi so not having it was a bit tricky. That would be my only suggestion to improve this property. Great time had though so only a minor point. Would still happily go again

Lovely stay

Very well equipped. Our first self catering holiday with 2 children and the apartment was perfect. You could feel the springs through the mattresses on the single beds. Was good to have a washer. The only downside I could say was the communal pool. The pool it’s self is lovely but the lifeguards where terrible. They wouldn’t let you lay on the grass with a deflated lilo as there are no chairs or beds. They picked them up and threw them next to the door. They also made a young red head girl get out of the pool with a tshirt on as it was to protect her from burning and wouldn’t let her back in. Don’t know if I would go again because of the pool situation with 2 young children as it’s a big part of your day.

The property was comfortable and very good value, but would benefit from Wi-Fi. It provides a good base for exploring the surrounding area which has a very good selection of bars and restaurants. It is close to various beach resorts The urbanisation where the property is located felt safe and calm

I was honoured to be the first person to stay at this apartment. It was just as described, a nice bright, clean, tidy and welcoming apartment. The key holder is lovely, very friendly. The owner as well, a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is situation in a great location , very close to shops / bars etc but far enough away from them to be peaceful as well. The pool - well trust me on this, you just gotta see that. By far and away one of the best communal pools in the area. All in all, book with confidence here folks and thank you Carol for letting me be the first :-)

Lätt att komma fram till, behjälpliga med transfer. Poolen såg ut som på bilderna och låg rakt över parkeringen så den var närmre än vad vi trodde. Man hade verken morgon eller kvälls sol på balkongen. Området låg väldigt nära en livsmedelsaffär. Det största negativa var ac:n som var inkopplad till en rörelse detektor, väldigt smart för att spara på ström men när den stängs av hela tiden är det inte lika roligt. Hade det inte varit för den så hade det varit topp betyg. Rubriken på annonsen tycker vi inte stämmer överens med hur det var för det var inte modernt, hade man skrivit ” charmig spansk lägenhet med balkong” hade det stämt mer övertäns. Men som sagt man får vad man betalar för och det visste vi så vi kan inte gnälla för mkt. Ägaren var väldigt trevlig och snabb på kommunicera vilket var mkt bra.

Residence et piscine, très bien. Ménage a ameliorer (immonde sous le canapé). Gerante non disponible en cas de problème. La porte s'est refermé avec les clés à l'intérieure et une pizza au four mais la gérante n'a pas voulu nous ouvrir car "c'était samedi soir" selon ses mots. Nous avons donc dû appeler un serrurier, 150 euros... pour d'autres raisons nous aurions compris mais juste parce que c'était samedi et qu'elle avait la flemme... ce n'est pas très sympathique.
