Above and beyond.

Gary at the front desk was great. This was our first trip on Ebikes, so we had no car. He gave a place to stash our bags until our rooms were ready and a room to store the bikes at night.

They only have 1 person covering the front desk. If a guest needs help somewhere, they leave the front desk to go help them. I waited over 5 minutes to get checked in

The floor of the room was not very clean and the shower had hair in it. Also the couch was broken inside and was very uncomfortable to sit on. There was no hot water in one of the sinks and no screen door on the slider (all other rooms on the ground floor had screens). I will say the breakfast was good but the overall experience was poor.

I always loved coming here growing up when it was still a Best Western. Now, as an adult, I stayed at the Lighthouse Inn for the first time. It was a wonderful experience! Very clean and a friendly staff. The complementary breakfast was great, the pool wasn’t too cold (bonus for having adult hours), and the sauna was relaxing! While the hot tub wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was less than ideal in our corner room, I have every intention of returning to the Lighthouse Inn for my next trip to Ocean Shores!

This hotel is located real close to the Beach. Convenient to use beach to access shopping are by nice drive along beach. Staff is very friendly. Buffet breakfast has good options for a way to start your day.
