Great location. Comfy, great access to the beach.

Kevin's place was immaculate with everything one needs except for personal toiletries. Nice balcony, pool and location. Good parking. Great communication and comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two minute walk to the water's edge. Abundant restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Clean and cozy

My friend and I had a very nice weekend at the property. It was very clean, well-stocked, and had very comfortable bedding. It was easy to enter, and we had a great weekend not having to stress about our place to stay. Kevin was quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating.

Very comfortable, stocked with everything anyone would conceivably need for the beach. Modernized, updated, and exceptionally well maintained. Located in a quiet area, and near a very wide portion of the beach. I’d definitely return!

We had a wonderful experience! Kevin has thought of everything from providing coolers and other beach stuff and a coffee bar. The place was very nice with a balcony overlooking the pool, and a great location as well.
