Quaint and adorable hotel walking distance to the falls but far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. European vibe, amazing shower and hairdryer, fabulous breakfast (made to order) and comfortable beds. Will definitely be recommending to my family and friends and will definitely return!

The hotel is lovely and the room was nice and big and comfortable and clean. The bed was a bit soft, but otherwise I loved it. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and there was even stuff available from the morning of the day we checked in so that was a nice treat.

This home was built in the 1800's. It is a short walk to the Niagara Falls shops and other activities. The check-in process was great and the home is spectacular. While it was built in the 1800's the new owner has done a lot of work. The bathroom was amazing with high water pressure and a large shower. The common areas were lovely and the breakfast was so tasty and large. We ate breakfast and didn't eat again until dinner.

Such a charming property and very helpful and sweet staff. No hussle and bustle like big hotels. Reminded me of old school air bnbs. It was calm and inviting and in a great location.

Very quaint and convenient place to stay. Everything was just perfect for us and the location is wonderful. Easy walk or drive to everything Niagara Falls related, Canadian or American. We did both both eadily i the same day. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is just perfect! Highly recommend a stay here.

We loved the room and the breakfast was exceptional! The dinning area was beautiful with nice relaxing music too! The falls is within walking distance however that distance is a bit lengthy (over a mile). The floors are a bit creaky and the parking is limited, it seemed like we were always having to ask them where we could park when we got back. Over all I did really enjoy this place and was able to walk off all the crepes and eggs Benedict I had for breakfast.
