Swan lake is a stunning Lakefront architectural home with 180 degree views from an expansive alfresco deck made for entertaining and relaxation year round. The location is unbeatable just moments to all Swansea has to offer, the waterways but just across the road from the huge foreshore parkland.

The Space:

The home has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which all inter connect to the outdoor deck and embrace the ever peaceful view.

Upstairs not only delivers generous open living, kitchen and office nook with fabulous water views, but it is complete with a tastefully renovated modern bathroom with rustic elements, and 3 generous bedrooms with Queens beds sleeping 6 guests.

The master suite is complete with a juliet style balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa, read the paper, and catch up on your emails in glorious morning sun, and an ideal place to unwind with a wine to summer evening sea breezes, when you want a little quiet time out.

Head downstairs to 2 additional bedrooms with double beds, full bathroom with bath, laundry, second lounge room which opens out onto the north facing backyard with fire pit and level grass yard for the kids.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.

Lake House, Swansea

Superficially the house is fabulous. Great location, amazing deck and huge. Scratch beneath the surface and its a different story. The aircon doesnt work and no instructions how to use combustion heater (or fuel) nor outdoor heater. In July, we froze!The property needs a deep clean and some repairs. A cupboard door fell off underneath the TV, blinds in 3 bedrooms were broken, the gate wouldnt close, instructions were explicit regarding recycling however there was no recycling bin. The verandah furniture was wet along with seating cushions on two lounges.Communication with agent was automated. We could not get a response even after phone message was left.We were grateful for the coffee pods and tea bags.

Holiday stay

Everything is okay however house have no instructions on oven, and property manager is very hard to contact. The check in information is not sent til the very last minute which can be very frustrating for family travel from far with uncertainty of being able to access property that they have paid for. It would be good if property manager can be prompt in response to provide reassurance for the family that is on holiday. Implement better communication.
