FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Plum Island is a traditional coastal New England vacation destination, close to downtown Newburyport’s historic architecture, boutique shopping, upscale and family friendly dining and pubs.

Getting Around:
Only 49 steps to the beach! Easy walking distance to all Plum Island restaurants and shops. 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport, and nearest grocery store and drug stores.
