As someone who travels for work, I am on an endless quest to find my "home away from home" when I am in the city. After many disappointing hotel experiences, I am happy to share that Hotel Park Ave. has finally won my award for that perfect mix of space, customer service, luxury, and home away from home amenities. Give this property a chance, and hopefully, you will get a chance to enjoy the first-in-class experience that I have.

It was perfectly fine. Some of the more recent reviews made us worry about the state of the hotel after being renamed, but it was honestly totally fine. Maybe it’s not as fancy as people would expect from a four-star hotel, but we didn’t find anything was super disappointing. The rooms could use some TLC but not so much that they feel dingy. Be ready to see yourself from all angles with their mirrored decor. The TV was missing Chromecast even though it was listed on the menu as something offered, but front desk told me that no rooms have it now. Bummer if you’re just trying to watch something at the end of the day to relax. It was a good location to Koreatown and easily accessible by subway.

It was dirty, the pillow had a questionable stain, the curtains were filthy with holes, peep hole didn’t close, the toilet bowl was not clean properly, had to put my drinks on the balcony because the fridge made our drinks warm, and robes were advertised but not provided.
