Pretty good stay

Very nice, courteous staff. Great location. Beautiful linens. Fresh towels daily. Unfortunately, the hotel has changed owner,and there is building work on daily. There were no facilities, foyer,lounge, settees, bar rooftopbar restaurant etc. Im sure it will be beautiful when completed

Check-in process was a do it yourself check-in that had many glitches. No front desk to handle issues, only a couple people walking around helping with the glitches. Lots of road noise, so take ear plugs for sleeping at night. No late checkout possible. But…a nicely renovated property in a good area.

Our stay was exactly what we needed for our trip. The location was convenient, and the room was a good size. Minor issues we had included the shower not being sealed with water getting on the bathroom floor, and inconsistent restocking of bathroom towels.

Breakfast should have been included but we couldn't go to the restaurant as it is closed until Autumn/Fall this year This needs clarifying in your details of facilities We went out to eat which cost us extra of course Air conditioning units were "hitty missy" And as it was extremely humid this week we needed it Perhaps some instructions on its use would be helpful On a positive note...piping hot water...nice toiletries...very comfy bed

Booked a balcony room at extra cost and they didn't have one available. One staff member said they were upgrading me to a "deluxe studio" but it really couldn't have been smaller and another staff said all the rooms were the same size. The TV couldn't connect to the internet, the phone in the room was disconnected so had to go to the front desk. Note this is not a properly staffed hotel if you want that...it is nice looking but they save money with touch screens in the lobby to check in/out. Manager on the last day was helpful by letting us stay longer when our flight was delayed. Hotel is also under construction and that wasn't mentioned when I booked it.

Beautiful space! However… we waited over an hour for our room to be ready (and so did many other people that arrived the same time as us). They do provide breakfast from a local bakery, but unfortunately there is no nutritional information included (something to consider for guests with food allergies, as they are so common)—I did Google the name of the bakery and was able to determine if what was provided was safe (it was!). On the second day of our stay, we were out most of the day and returned mid afternoon. I was surprised that housekeeping did not come while we were out (we were gone ~9AM-3PM). They knocked on the door around 4:30 and were getting ready for our evening plans, so we told them we weren’t able to let them in at that time. I thought it was incredibly late for them to be showing up! It’s not their fault, though. It may have been due to low staff.
