Absolutely the worst hotel stay of my life, stain on bed, incorrect room, broken toilet, housecleaning knocking early am despite do not disturb sign, and broken ac making loud drilling noise throughout the night...got no sleep. Rooms are supery tiny with tiny bathrooms.
Large blood stain on bed, had to stand for 45 minutes for them to change our bedding at 1.00am!

If you're going to New York, check this place out.

This hotel was recommended by other reviews and I agree it was a great place to stay. No issues at check-in. Jeffrey and the staff were great. Room was clean, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The only thing I'd say about the room is there needs to be a tiny end table on the double queen rooms next to the bed next to the bathroom wall. Breakfast was excellent each morning with little to no waiting on food placement when things ran out. The only issue we had was the salt shakers need a little help in the humidity. Again great place, great room and short walking distances to nearby attractions.

Room was comfortable. Staff were outstanding. But too many little details were lacking. The need to swipe my key card to enter the property and for everyone using the elevator needing to swipe and select their floor at once was very dicey for this mobility limited person. There were also issues with the in-room notification system that upped my street level. I won't stay in this location again.

As advertised, it was clean quiet and pretty centrally located. Check in was easy and the staff was super friendly. Things I didn’t like: one of the locked doors wouldn’t open for keycard access. And the room was really tiny which was fine for me and my 10 year old but still pretty small. The king sized bed took up most of the room. We could also hear every time someone in adjacent rooms shut their doors, which did wake us up a few times.

Great rooms. Comfy beds but a bit high. I’m 5ft 4 and felt I had to climb up to get onto the bed which was an effort after a day out! I visited early July. Live music was good but schedule strange and on early afternoons which was very distracting and difficult to hear the receptionist. Useful marketplace for snacks but very expensive. Breakfasts very nice but no fruit which was a shame. Ask for gluten free bread rolls or chocolate muffin. Nice range if alternative milks.

The property was a great location. Breakfast was good but had limited options for those who do not eat beef and pork. Staff were not very helpful, my wife and I were struggling with luggage and the staff were just looking at us and did not offer any assistance - maybe that’s a cultural thing but certainly something that stood out for me.
