The bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the hot water and the great breakfast. The location was also excellent. However, the heater fan was so loud that it disturbed my sleep. Even though a mechanic came to fix it, there wasn't much improvement. Aside from the noise issue, it was a nice place to stay.

Room was dirty upon arrival, the same are was never vacuumed the entire 3 night stay. The elevator wait was so long we had to use the stairs multiple days in a row & were almost late to important appointments. Elevator tiny, rooms very compact. Hospitality needs a serious upgrade. Definitely not worth your money to stay in a dirty small room.

Yes however at 4pm sat I had to ask if room was going to be made up ! And at 10:10 pm I had to call for security as a young women’s basketball team was practicing loudly in the halls ! Not an excellent experience
