tle: Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to future guests. Upon arrival, I noticed a strong smell of smoke in the room, despite the hotel claiming to be non-smoking. I reported this issue within 40 minutes of check-in, yet I was still charged a smoking fee. As a non-smoker, I found this extremely frustrating and unfair, and it took significant effort to have the charge removed. The rooms are outdated and do not match the images shown in the online listings. The furniture was worn, the overall cleanliness was lacking, and the elevator was unreliable and in poor condition. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and evasive when addressing my concerns. This experience did not meet basic hospitality standards. I would caution others to look elsewhere, as the hotel's presentation is misleading and the service was far from professional.

Worst experience don’t recommend. I purchased a 2 beds when I get to the property they told that I had purchased for 1bed not 2 beds.at the they gave me the 2 beds like it was. Air condition didn’t work it was so hot restroom smelled like mold

Wish I could say that the hotel was fantastic. Not so much. Someone unplugged the fridge to use the outlet and never plugged it back I. so when we arrived there was water all over the floor. There was only 2 working outlets out of six in the room. The sofa was stained and dirty. There was an AC unit that didn’t work so there was a window box ac unit instead. For the amount of $$ spent per night $300+ I would think the they would take better care with maintaining and upkeep. Very disappointed. The location is great, bed was comfy but def would stay somewhere else next time.

I would not recommend

The service at this establishment is one of the worst i've experienced. At checkin, they said that service fee and additional taxes would be charged at checkout but they charged us at checkin and again a few days later. When I confronted them about it, they said I needed to speak to management who was never there. When I called, the phone lines were inactive. Literally for a week I called the main line and could not connect to a single person, not even the reservation department. Completely unacceptable. I then tried to use the chat feature on the website, 3 days and counting with absolutely no response. I would not recommend this hotel because they do not care enough for their guests to be available. I understand issues arise from time to time, but we had a week stay and they did not care enough about our experience to even try to resolve it. My advice would be to find another.

Was convenient and close to everything. Staff was very nice. The rooms and the hotel are old and dirty. Didn’t even want to put my clothes on the desk chair cause it was filth. Also I can’t get a phone call returned about extra charges on my credit card. Pictures are definitely enhanced to look nice.

Hotel in terrible condition. I don't mind old, if it is maintained. Just too many things in very bad condition. One elevator out of three working. Hole in wall. Two lights not working. Carpet was old 10 years ago. Room safe did not work.
