Firstly, location is great, so close to Times Square. However, the room was pretty awful. Twin room number 607 with no working side lamps and a large fan unit that had shoddy unfinished plaster work surrounding it. Very dim lighting. Lobby area acceptable just be wary of rooms. Heard a lot of people asking to change. On other hand another member of party had a super king room 429 which was presentable and roomy. Location is a winner tho.

The property had 3 elevators but only 1 worked for the majority of my stay, which ment long waits and some would just take the stairs. I just had knee surgery so that was not an option. The room I was in had 2 heater units but only 1 worked. I will never ever stay here again. I come to New York 3-4 times a year, this was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Great location! Room was fairly barebones. Nowhere to sit except the bed, only one of two bedside lights were installed and other areas of the hotel were on the rundown side. For the price, it was about what I expected and the location was very convenient.

The overall hotel seems to be under alot of construction. One of the elevators was out of service so you had to wait a few minutes every time for the elevator. The room itself was fine. Some lights from the headboard had been removed, but aside from that it was fine.

The pictures make this hotel look nice. It is actually really gross. When you walk in the lobby and see the front desk falling apart and a pretty outdated lobby ... you know you are in for a gross hotel. Walking to my room the carpet the hotel hallways were disgusting. The actually hotel room didn't get any better... no water, coffee, mini fridge, the phone does work. The headboard on the bed was worn down and yellow (supposed to be white fake leather) from other guest heads (really gross). I love that I got charge an extra $150 as "resort" fees! If I at least had a bottle of water in my room... maybe you can try to justify this. Nothing in that hotel was a resort". It literally is a step up from sleeping on the street. At least the room was warm.

Not sure if hotel is going through renovations, but 1 elevator out of 3 was working.major chaos waiting for elevators. Had to change room bc we didn’t receive queen size bed.. they only had full bed claiming it was a Queen but nowhere near it. Carpet & walls rundown, stained & smelled; rooms needing new ac unit as ac units were old broken & rundown. Staff did best they could to accomodate.

The room was very rundown and not entirely clean. We did not have hot water or air con/heat. There were no fixtures as far as a desk, microwave, mini fridge, or even a safe. The elevators were very slow and staircase was a fall hazard.

The security was terrible; they allowed a random crazed woman to enter 9/F to knock on guests doors demanding to be let in. I had to call front desk to send up security to remove the woman. Their lifts are also terrible, allowing housekeeping to use one of the guest lifts Asa service plight during morning rush hours, resulting in long waits. They lis charged $3 per piece for storing luggage for a few hours after check-out. And despite the above they have the gall to charge $15 (plus taxes) per day as a « facility fee » which was not made clear to guests upon check-in or check-out. One may legitimately query « what facility »? Terrible hotel - don’t stay there!
