It was my second time staying there and also had issues with a non working elevator .

I told the front desk the sink would not drain, Shower drain really slow with a huge black hair ball floating around, desk was sticky and just dirty. No bath towels on arrival. Response-glad it was a good stay.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t pay $100/night to stay here much less the $550/night they charge. It was old and broke down inside. Rooms were tiny and dirty. Could see rust coming through the walls of our bathroom. No hot water half of the trip. No WiFi. No security. Called front desk 100 times and they never answered once.

Location is great. Facilities are crap. Broken down and old elevator. We had to ask to be moved from the first room. Both were painted poorly. And the AC's tubes were in the middle of the room

Nice enough.

A big lump of hair greeted us in the shower. So cleaning needed improving. Bed was very comfortable but we were promised 2 beds only had one! Rooms are nice size but need updating. Good lication.

This hotel is in the middle of everything- shopping, theater, food, and is very close to Times Square! The only gripe I have it is speed and size of the elevators- they're small and slow, and one was out of order. Overall, it was exactly what we needed at a great price! We will definitely be back on our next trip!
