From the staff being rude and dismissive to the undisclosed charges at check out, save yourself and do not stay here. Oh and in the month of January they thought it was appropriate to have space heaters as their source of heat in the rooms.

I believe the front desk agent was Sunny. She was delightful, positive and helpful. Not only at check-in, but the next morning offering me a cup of ginger-honey tea to warm me for my walk to rhe subway. THIS is customer service! The rate abd location were great; the room 'meh', at best. Very small. No luggage rack or table, so had to put bags on bed, after trudging through slush. Bathroom door closed only if standing on or in corner. Heat/AC unit very loud. Bed was somewhat comfortable and coffee in room was a pleasant surprise.

It was not at all what I expected, didn’t look like the pics. Way too expensive for what was offered. It was not luxurious, could barely turn around in the bathroom, just didn’t have the luxurious feel that I was looking for.

Overall, our experience wasn’t what we expected. The room wasn’t in the best conditions, there were cleanliness and engineering issues present; the day staff was ok but the overnight agents weren’t helpful at all. The only good part was the location.

I wanted to give a poor rating because Saturday and Sunday they put me on a floor where the locks on the doors needed repair. The lock on my door was very very poor and not safe. I felt like it was because I’m a black person therefore I was given this room. When I paid to stay another day the gentleman at the desk Sunday morning was very polite he offered me another room and explained to me the locks were in need of repair. He brought the subject up to me about the locks. I believe that was very kind, professional and caring for him to offer me another room and explained why without me having to ask.
