Uncomfortable bed with a noisy synthetic comforter (sounded like a cheap old school sleeping bad with every turn). Cheap toilet paper and tissue and stingy with it - ran out twice in 5 days. No ice machine on the floor. Thermostat went out one night and maintenance had to fix it. No apologies. Read the fine print because they charge an additional $45/night and also held $185/night ($600) on my credit card. When I asked about it, the front desk worker curtly told me it often comes as a surprise to people who use a third party to book. I asked for something in writing about the hold on my credit card and the hold release and was told their system couldn’t do that. I checked out at 11 am and still waiting for the release. Not a happy camper.

The hotel was very nice and in perfect location for weekend getaway! Close to lots of things to do, restaurants and all modes of transportation to get around city The only negatives that I can say room got hot at night and unable to adjust temperature and no coffee pot in room or lobby Otherwise great place to stay! We enjoyed our trip!
