NO RATS - DELICIOUS COOKIES

This is a great spot for the value. Five minute walk to Madison Square Garden, 10 minute walk to Times Square and no gigantic New York City sewer rats inhabit the hotel. The rooms are fairly small, but that's to be expected in the city. If you are a first timer to New York, it's pretty centrally located in Manhattan to get to all the sites and near several subway stations to explore the boroughs further. They also give you a super f**kin delicious cookie upon entry.

Great hotel near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. 5th floor street facing room was quiet. They have actual glasses in room — not plastic cups— which is a classy touch. Friendly and polite staff all around.

This was my first time in NY and I loved it!!! This hotel is super centric and you can walk to everywhere you like. Madison Square Garden just 5/6 min walk, stores, dining, coffee, everything. Got a room with view to the Empire State Building super beautiful, specially at night. Our room was in floor 19, comfy bed, clean bathroom and the elevators were quick and efficient. Staff was excellent and friendly, the cookies were delicious and warm!! Im staying again for sure. Thanks for this amazing stay!! :)

The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything happening outside of your room. Also there are only two elevators for a 20 building. We found ourselves waiting for 10 min at times for the elevator.

Great price and location. Easy walk to and from Penn Station. Had a minor issue with heating and they responded quickly. Room was overlooking the street so a bit noisy at night.

Ok so I had 1 of the Penthouses and I have to say that terrace was priceless!!! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!! The reason for the 4 stars is because my shower would completely lose water pressure but it did return w/in a minute or so but this made my shower much longer as it happened every 3 to 4 minutes…also the Elevators are a bit slow..but I wasn’t in a hurry so it was no big deal…there were a few instances when the fire alarms went off late night, the fire trucks even came but we were not evacuated , so all good …it just interrupted my sleep so I called the front desk the next morning and she was kind enough to extend a late check out for me so again…all good! I will definitely stay here again as mentioned the terrace is priceless not to mention a wonderful view!

The room and bathroom were very clean. Very comfortable. Cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly. Great view from the 22nd floor. The shower gel, shampoo, and lotion was plentiful in large bottles!! I would stay here again.
