I loved the view from my room. The room was a decent size. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Truly there simply wasn't anything to complain about. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. It was a great pick for my birthday treat.

Elevators often very busy if you get into the wrong floors. Having one down each morning from breakfast is not ideal. Otherwise we were very happy with hotel and great location

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very professional. It felt luxurious and was clean. We also had a nice view of the city from our room. The only thing that was not that great is that the bathroom door was a frosted glass sliding door and would not stay shut on its own.

The rooms are larger than most theater district hotels and they have a nice online system for requesting things for your room like towels - and staff respond quickly to such requests. The system for breakfasts is not good - too much waiting in lines and the breakfasts are not worth the extra cost.

The staff, location and cleanliness are top notch. However, breakfast can be a time consuming affair. Plan accordingly, you would need to wait 15-20 mins for the elevator going down to the lobby, join the line waiting for breakfast (another ~15mins), once you reach the 5th floor, another 10min wait to get to the table.
