The hotel has a modern feeling, which was great. The room had plenty of space for a couple. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The downstairs "grab and go café" we loved. The coffee options were great and very reasonable priced. There are 2 negatives for our stay. The room door slams closed if you don't hold it, which will wake you, if your neighbors come home late. Also we stayed at the 25th floor, which in the morning it took twice almost 10 min for the elevator to arrive. But with that being said, it would not stop us though from coming back to this property!

Room was great size and very close to theater district. The only minor setback we had was the elevators at certain times of day took a long time to board. Besides that the gym was nice and the shower water was HOT when needed to be.

The staff was incredibly rude when checking into the hotel which took an unusually long time. The gentleman checking us in was not warm, welcoming or friendly and managed to charge the resort fee to my card three times saying there was an error. Finally my bank declined the charge when he tried again but we put it on my partners card. So now I have to work through getting it refunded which I'm sure will be difficult. Not impressed at all with the staff.
