The "Luteren" river flows past on the other side of the house. Numerous shopping facilities and also the railway station are within walking distance. Due to the central location, you are not dependent on a car and have the ideal starting point for all kinds of leisure activities. You can enjoy cosy hours in the living room in front of the fireplace or outside on the sun terrace.
