But the best part? Retreat to the 3rd floor’s totally private rooftop deck. It's a great space to dine, celebrate, and no better way to end the night than will a toast under the Music City stars.

We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets. Despite our central location, this condo is very quiet. Because of that, it is NOT suitable for parties or events, as they will disrupt the neighbors. Violations of listed policies can result in a forced early check-out.

It was OK. I wasn’t there to party and wanted to enjoy the space so details really mattered. Apparently there was some work that needed to be done prior to my arrival and there was evidence that the handyman had entered the apt, debris at the entranced, used towel, used rubbish bin etc. I wanted to wipe down the countertops, but no basic cleaning supplies provided. Rooftop wasn’t very inviting-furniture has seen better days. Kitchen mit and potholders were pretty filthy. Apparently the house next door out the back window is abandoned and has crime scene tape-not so comforting. On a positive note, the bed was very comfy. Molli was very communicative, quick to respond and super pleasant. I appreciated the apology for things not being just so, but there was no compensation or discount offered considering the almost 600 paid. For my previous stop I paid about the same amount and it was absolute, luxury and worth every penny. This place was close and convenient to everything in downtown Nashville, but felt like attention to details on several fronts was missed.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and can honestly say that it couldn't have been any better. Free on-site parking, close to everything and all the amenities made this trip relaxing and worry-free.The property manager, Molli, was great and had every detail of the trip down pat, which made it extremely comforting to know that someone had our backs.Bree (owner) was so professional and answered our questions usually within the hour so we could plan a stress-free little vacation.We will definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting Nashville!!Bill C

Great Little Spot

My husband and I recently stayed at the Couples Escape and had a wonderful time. The property was so cute and exactly like the pictures. The communication from the host was outstanding. They sent lots of recommendations from things to do, coffee shops, and places to eat. This was very helpful to us. We used these suggestions to plan our trip and we were not disappointed. The property was a great location. Although it was very close to Broadway, we personally did not walk there, but taking an Uber was super easy and convenient. We had a great stay, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time at this property!

My boyfriend and I rented this condo for our first getaway together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. We were only a mile from downtown and were able reasonably walk to downtown. The owners/managers constantly gave updates leading up to our stay With what to expect during our stay. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

50th bday getaway

Property is very well maintained, clean and great communication from the host. There is a couple of run down abandon house next door and behind the complex so that was a little concerning seeing the people who were seeking shelter there. The “garage door” that was supposed to be securing the parking never shut it stayed open all the time allowing anyone to enter and be around our vehicle. Thankfully nothing was bothered or stolen. Rental was well stocked w all things needed for stay. The noises from the heater kicking on and off were disturbing throughout the night, I’d suggest bring a sound machine to maybe help w that. All in all a very nice trip and place to stay.

Right before our trip, the property manager reached out to ensure we had all the information we could possibly need to locate the property and get settled in- this was especially great since we were getting into town kind of late. Great place for couples

We stayed over a long weekend and this space was well located for visits all over the Nashville area. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to manage stairs well as bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Bed was very comfortable and the W/D was a great bonus.
