My family enjoyed this ocean front stay. We were on the first floor without an oven or in-room laundry. But the beach and road access was so easy. The 10-digit code to the room got easier after the first day, and made it much easier for my teenage kids to go in-and-out as needed. Kirk's ice cream was walkable and delish, too!

Terrible experience, rude check-in, person was condescending because she said I didn't book with Vacasa. And in general because I am Hispanic maybe. Could not sleep, this room is located in high traffic area, vending machines, public pool and beach bathrooms, elevator, ice machine, next too noisy pool. And staff and maintenance folks walk and make noise and talk loudly all hours of the morning and night, without regard to guests sleeping on the first floor. Please make the extreme traffic known to patrons so that they are aware that they will not be able to sleep. Either at night or during the day. Please give less than one star to this rating on my behalf.
