Great hotel, perfect location.

Cute, quaint cottage, fully appointed and comfortable . A little farther from the ferry terminal than suggested, and remember, it’s uphill coming back, but overall a nice stay. Great breakfast in the morning,

Loved the hotel. It had water views, was clean and the staff was friendly. Check in was quick. Loved the French doors on the room. Close to shopping and food and the ferry. Had a great time and will return.

Beautiful view from room and outdoor areas. Close to ferry terminal. Lower rooms get some noise from above. Typical breakfast offerings. The bathroom could use hooks installed for handing towels, etc.

Love the Ship Harbor Inn! Very quant inn overlooking the water and ferry terminal. Our third stay. However, room 44 wasn’t clean. The hide-a-bed chair had not been vacuumed in who knows how long. I just happened to lift the cushion and there was all kinds of crumbs and small pieces of trash underneath the cushion. It was disgusting. Also, there was somebody’s frozen Diet Coke in the freezer. The manual that has the instructions and information about the hotel is in one of the. night stands and I wouldn’t have had any idea it was in there except I just happened to open the drawer. That binder should be left out on one of the tables. The mattress needs to be replaced. We woke up with backaches every day. We haven’t noticed that in the other rooms we’ve stayed in there. The shower has fantastic water pressure, but the temperature control is backwards and the hot and cold are switched. The knob made it difficult to get a comfortable temperature. The tub could use some sort of anti-skid material put down as it was rather slippery. I will stay at the Ship Harbor Inn again, but the property needs a little attention and to be cleaned better.

We stayed at this lovely inn so we could be close to the ferry terminal. Worked out great! Short drive into the main downtown strip with shops and lots of dining options. Beautiful grounds, fabulous view of the water and surrounding mountains plus the included breakfast was a terrific and convenient options before starting our day. We will definitely go back again!
