The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Property is very close to the ferry terminal. Our room had a great view of the harbor and nearby islands.All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Lots of areas that could be easily spruced up to make a big improvement. Towels from previous guest were still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Bed was comfortable and clean. View was excellent and that's what you're paying for. Breakfast was lackluster. Staff were great. Crazy what you get for $200+ a night these days.
