Go Jump In the Lake and get ready for family fun at SML! This house has all the toys - Kayaks, Canoe, Stand Up Paddleboards, Rowboat, Lakeside Firepit, and Hammock, There are bikes for the whole crew, and Adirondack chairs by the water. Brighten rainy days with the pool table, air hockey, poker table, PacMan, darts, bubble hockey, chess and checker table, classic and new board games, and gym with Peloton bike.

Home can accommodate 10 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 3, as per Franklin County guidelines.

Home has been renovated with new paint, light fixtures, and new furnishings. New countertops and backsplash in well-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and double ovens, Keurig and drip coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, kids’ dishware, cups, and utensils. Dining table seats eight with more seating at the island.

Home is located in a quiet cove off the main channel. Separate living areas provide plenty of space for guests to relax after enjoying a day on the lake. Primary bedroom is on the main level with additional bedrooms on the lake level.

Ample outdoor space to take advantage of water views while dining or relaxing on the rocking chairs. Main level outdoor deck comfortably seats eight with another lake level fire table that seats six. Fenced yard. Bring or rent a boat. Dock accommodates up to 27’ boat. Lake stairs with six steps and double railing provide easy access into the lake for you and your guests.

Excellent location close to Westlake Shopping Center and nearby coffee shops, pizza, and more. A short drive to Bridgewater Plaza offers mini golf, ice cream, outdoor music, arcade, and restaurants.

Wondefiul!

My family and I had an amazing week! The house and all of its amenities are gorgeous. The dock is also an extremely nice spot to dock a boat as well as swim. 5 out of 5, highly recommend!!

Beautiful Lakefront House!

This was our first time at SML and we can’t wait to go back. What a gorgeous and clean house with breathtaking views of the lake. Our family spent the week here and had the absolute best time. The house was spacious and beautifully updated. Great outdoor space with so many fun water activities meant we always had something fun to do. The kids loved the water trampoline and the adults had fun on the paddle boards and kayaks. Grandpa fished every day right from the dock. The house is located in a great neighborhood too. The owners were so wonderful to work with. Check in and check out were easy and they were always very responsive. We will absolutely be booking another vacation at this house!
