The room was clean, and the staff was great

The guests were friendlier than the staff. None of the staff we ran into couldn’t be bothered with a nod - much less a smile. Only person that was friendly was the lady at the check in desk. The whole building is old and run down. Stains in the bathtub and bathroom floors. Faucet was leaking. The whole place needs an update and remodel. Kept getting kicked off wi-fi. Continental breakfast did not include hot eggs. Just cold boiled eggs. Good thing there were 2 restaurants across the parking lot. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The good reviews have me mystified! The room was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The property is incredibly dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. The bathroom layout is plain dumb. Nowhere to hang towels. , let alone swimsuits. There is no place to hang a hand towel so it’s damp all the time. We were next to the swimming pool but couldn’t dry our wet swimsuits. The front desk staff were apathetic at best. No offer to help with bags and no elevators for bags. Not sure what the $40 per day resort fee paid for besides towels but seemed a bit excessive for just towels. Awful experience and we couldn’t wait to leave.

A little mix-up with our rooms, but front desk staff very helpful and had things sorted out quickly. Grounds well kept and kids had fun at the pool.
