My only complain was this. Upon checkin... The front desk attendant made me wait 15-20 mins for him to finish eating lunch instead of checking me in.
I don't feel that guests should have to wait this amount of time (or any time) for workers to finish eating lunches. Close the office if you need to eat a lunch.
Can you image if every hotel had this loose of a policy and treated their guests this way?
This attendant had no respect for me or my time, so I booked another hotel down the street before checking in...
I still can't believe it, and to have an attitude with me when I mentioned that this was poor customer service.
And, he also had the nerve to suggest I wait for him to finish when the 3rd party support team was calling to cancel the booking due to poor service.
Usually, the service here is quick and good and respectful, last night, that ishhh made me so irritated with this place.
