The check-in process was a complete nightmare. We booked two rooms for a family trip and arrived at the hotel early. The front desk confirmed that both rooms were available, verified the names on the reservation, but told us early check-in was not allowed. That was fine, so we left and returned later.
When we came back, we were shocked to learn that one of the rooms had been given to someone else. Even more concerning, the check-in paperwork for the room under my name showed initials and a signature that were clearly not mine, which strongly suggests that no ID was checked before handing over the room.
This was not just inconvenient—it was unprofessional and alarming, especially from a security standpoint. Giving a room reserved under my name to another guest without proper ID verification is unacceptable. This experience caused unnecessary stress and completely disrupted our family trip. I would not recommend this hotel based on how poorly this situation was handled.
