Very easy check in. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and good location. Bed was to soft for my liking and sunk in the middle so partner and I were rolling into the center all night. Other than that it’s a nice hotel.

We had the most amazing time at your beautiful hotel. The ladies on check-in were fabulous and the suite we had was perfect for our two night stay. Breakfast was delicious with the best coffee in Melbourne. We just parked the car and walked everywhere. The Radisson is walking distance to the malls and some of the best restaurants. Thank you all for a really memorable experience. Would booked again in a heartbeat.

I paid full price for a hotel room that was supposed to have spa access that didn’t and they didn’t let me know prior that the spa was broken, my dooner cover had black marks over it once i got into my room, the shower overflows onto the bathroom floor. but the staff were very friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

Good stay at Radisson Flagstaff... it is pretty near to our favourite Korean BBQ location. Customer service was friendly at check-in and it is very close to Queen Vic Market. The rooms are just a little dated but overall a good comfortable stay for the price paid.
