Whilst the location , room ,price and staff were good To save money they turned the elevator off after hours!!! We were on the 5th floor making it quite a climb and with a sore knee that just made it more of an issue !!! There was a family with small children trying to get to their room and an older woman who had not long had a hip replacement Not acceptable

Elevator was turned off at night. Had to walk up 6 floors of stairs. Reverse cycle air conditioning - that didn’t work. Balcony doors were able to be opened to allow for cold breeze to come in, balcony felt very unsafe.

Was a great location, but could drop the 200 extra deposit until cleaned properly and everything works properly, but kids had fun using the spa bath and the quietness of the room, and the friendly staff were amazing.

Staff member wasn't around at check in at 5.45pm, had to stand in the door waiting for them to return. Rooms are tired and the bed is very firm. Some lights not working in the room.

Where do I begin? Bathroom was old and smelt like urine, towels were stained. Place was freezing cold making sleeping difficult. Elevator not working properly and made me stranded on another level. I asked to reschedule my booking to one night after due to work changes and they refused. Never again.
