Booked for 3 people, when we got to our room only 2 beds made up and no extra sheets/pillows/blankets. Reception closed and the after hours service said they couldn’t help and were extremely rude. Waited until 8am the next day to speak to reception, still no one arrived by 8.30am. Left and won’t return. Plenty of other budget options nearby that are cleaner and friendlier.

My family and I enjoyed our stay with you. We just stayed overnight, and all of us rested comfortably in your beds. My daughter loved showering while soaking in your rub! The place was absolutely great. I will definitely book again, one day.

I am a returning visitor to this property. It is in an excellent location - very close to everything (restaurants, entertainment, cinemas, shopping, parks) but not noisy. I have stayed here three times, in different areas of the property, and haven't been disturbed at all by external noise. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in have been spacious, clean and well resourced. Happy to return again. Thank you.

The cleanliness of the rooms definitely lets down this property. I found out after the stay, that my daughter was sleeping without a top sheet, directly on an uncovered doona. Floors, doors, table tops need a good wipe down. On a positive the staff were helpful and rooms are spacious.

Room was dirty, hair ball in the bathroom. All surfaces needed a good clean, cutlery and crockery was filthy. Cleaning staff took a bag of groceries we had just purchased and when I provided feedback I had a very rude reception staff member tell me ‘oh no, that is impossible’. Breakfast basket was lovely but delivery at 9:30am is too late - particularly when checkout is by 10am or you are heading out shopping and exploring the city.

We had the most comfortable stay and highly recommend. The continental breakfast was a great touch and definitely filled you up. Nice and close to Parliament station, theatres, shopping and an array of restaurants to choose from nearby.

I didn’t enjoy the heavy metal that was filling my room from around midnight till 2am. I was working late and had a big day the next day and had to do it on 3 hours sleep. Very disappointed.

Great location near the theatre district with plenty of food options nearby. Friendly staff. Room a generous size and well laid out. Very clean with a comfy bed a pillows. Perfect for 5 days of Melbourne exploration.

We appreciated the space in the hotel/apartment rooms. This made the stay comfortable in terms of space with luggage within the rooms. A separate living space is always nice when you have a longer stay. The beds were not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs poking through. We had a room upgrade and to be honest - it was no upgrade - we were allocated to a higher floor to which the lift did not go - and so we had to carry our luggage up flights of stairs. The room was not nicer, nor bigger, nor cleaner, nor more comfortable. We were not impressed with how unkept the showers/ were, there was significant Mould throughout - when we asked for this to be attended to - we were told that it would be thoroughly cleaned - however this did not occur - we stayed at the property for 6 nights. Great location, but unfortunately we will not be staying back here again.

Everything was fantastic - from bed all the way to the bath tub. The only complaint I had was poor internet service. It is impossible to watch a single youtube video over the hotel wifi, so prepare to use up a chuck of your mobile data.
