Balcony view was nice. Room was on level 9. Can let fresh air in, if required. Bed was spacious and comfortable. A/C system was very cold, which was nice, but also very loud even on fan speed one. Overall enjoyed my stay, would say again.

The staff was helpful however the room was very dirty, dust on every surface, old noodles under the bed, mold in the shower. We looked to switch rooms but found more of the same so requested they clean our original room which they were nice about but it did not help much. The location was convenient but would not recommend as a nice clean stay.

Great stay experience. We were very happy with our stay at Brady Hotel Jones Lane Melbourne. The mark of a good organisation is when things go wrong - how well they make them right. Staff fixed everything quickly and professionally. I will come back to stay again. and I have joined the club for further benefits.

One of the noisiest hotels I have stayed in Melbourne. 5AM commercial bins being emptied. Appreciate the hotel cant control this - just not good if you like to sleep!
