The view from the balcony was really good and I like the beautiful weather so far. For the room is okay as it got all the essential suppliers. For the toilet, I was not very happy as the flush is not that easy to use and the toilet bowel wasn't as good as I expected for a hotel standard.

Conveniently located right across Central Melbourne and just minutes from the trams. The room felt a bit dim, especially in the shower, making it hard to judge cleanliness. The basement laundry could use some improvements. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful—definitely five stars for the service.
