Our stay here was mostly positive and the location is fantastic. We had an amazing view over the city and across the coastline, but unfortunately the windows were so so dirty, it really took away the WOW factor. The other situation was the demolition of the building next door was so intrusive, it made the stay during working hours very unpleasant. It was just lucky we were gone from the building for a good part of the working day. If we were in the apartment any more during working hours, we would have hated it.
