Welcome to our pretty north facing Art Deco home. This warm bright home is sitting on a deep garden block and is an easy walk to Princes Park, transport, and fabulous cafes.
The 2 bedrooms have high ornate ceilings, polished boards & period detail.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.
First bedroom features a king size bed that can split into 2 singles and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with an additional couch that can open to a double bed. Our sun filled home is located in a leafy street in the peaceful neighbourhood of Caulfield South. At the end of our street you’ll find Princess Park and around the corner, a short stroll away, are a variety of shops and cool cafes. One street over is a bus stop where you can catch a bus to nearby Chadstone shopping centre, and at the end of North Road, less than 15 minutes by car, is Brighton beach with fabulous walking and bike tracks.
